Order & Shipping Policy
You can place your order online using our secure order form. Please do not send credit card information by email, as that is not a secure form of transmission.
Online order will be confirmed via automated email.
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5.00 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction. Under no circumstances will any shipping charges or handling fees be refunded.
Our carrier is FedEx and the normal service used is FedEx ground. The time in transit ranges from 1-5 business days depending on the proximity of the addressee from the shipping location. You may expedite the shipping of your order for an additional charge. If you wish to expedite your shipping you must contact Crystal Baby Blocks at 815-527-1143 or sales@crystalbabyblocks.com for expedited shipping pricing. This will not affect the 7-10 day production time required to personalize your order.
Please review your order for accuracy as all orders are checked against the customer supplied text and approved proofs. If we cause an error, we will replace your items at our sole expense. Customer errors are replaced as quickly as possible and billed again. Customers are ultimately responsible for correct spelling of names, and custom information on engraving proofs. All sales are final.
As experienced shippers of crystal products, all items are packed with extreme care. We maintain adequate shipping insurance to reduce risk of damage caused by handling during transit. If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and contact us immediately at 1-815-527-1143 or by email, sales@crystalbabyblocks.com |
